Our Team

Hercules Running Rebels Track Club is dedicated to keeping Bay Area youth healthy and active. Track and Field is the oldest competitive sport in modern history. Testing human against human in running, jumping, throwing – all of which are movements that come naturally to most of us. But to be able to compete in these events requires the athlete to have endurance, to be strong, agile and determined.

The Hercules Running Rebels Track and Field Club was established to introduce youth to the sport of athletics. We seek to develop well rounded young men and women who are not only prepared to compete on the track but also in life. We seek to make a positive impact on the lives of the young people with whom we work and to provide them with experiences that will enrich their lives. Our mission is to inspire our athletes to reach their full potential by developing character, strength, speed, endurance, self esteem, accountability, self discipline and perseverance.

Our USATF level I certified coaching staff believes in nurturing the whole athlete using nutrition, physical fitness, discipline and fun activities to keep the members of our team engaged. With over 20 years of experience in the sport of Track and Field, our coaches continue to educate themselves so that the program continues to evolve and progress with our growing athletes.

Our Program
The Hercules Running Rebels is open to boys and girls ages 6-18. Our program is designed to meet the needs of all participants regardless of their starting performance level. The organization is comprised solely of volunteers who support the program. The team operates under the Hercules Running Rebels Track and Field Club’s bylaws.
